Maternity Photos!

So we got our maternity photos back from one of our photographers and decided on our 4 favorites to get digital copies of, and here they are!

We absolutely love them!  Still waiting on our other photographer to get us our images back, but that's ok, we can be patient!

In other news, things are progressing with the pregnancy, we are now 6 days away from his due date, so it is a bunch of hurry up and wait right now.  Everything is ready, we are ready (or as ready as we're going to be!) and it is just a waiting game, which is the worst.  The first 6 weeks and last 2 weeks of pregnancy are the most nerve wracking times!!!

I'll keep everyone updated on our progress, and we hope to meet this little guy soon!

Being off work is hard work!!

So this marks my first week of being off work, yay!!  And it was BUSY!!  No relaxing for this mama.  Monday I spent the day washing all of Jackson's newborn and 0-3 clothes, all his sheets, towels, blankets, etc etc and generally organizing his nursery.  Tuesday I had a doctors appointment so I carpooled in with the hubby and spent the day with Allison.  Wednesday was the 4th, so Kevin was home.  We visited a new brewery that had it's grand opening that day, and relaxed at home, and enjoyed a wonderful dinner outside.  Yesterday my Mom, Skip, Kaitlyn and myself went to Drytown waterpark, a local place, and spent the day floating away in the lazy river, it was delightful.

Today I had a list I needed to get done for my sanity.  I hadn't packed a bag, I needed to clean out a corner of our bedroom so a chest that was in Jackson's room could move to our bedroom until Grandma Leslie takes it home, I wanted to get Jackson's room as close to done as it could be, and there were some other misc house chores I needed to do.  So hours later and lots of sweat, and a day spent doing things I probably shouldn't be doing, I'm done with all of those things on my list!

Bags are packed, Carseat ready, Baby book and LML book ready for footprints, misc other items in the pile ready to go, labor playlist made (our neighbors are going to hate us, and I have the most eclectic taste ever)

I just have a few more things left on my lists to do, and then we're really really ready.  I can't believe we are going to get to meet him in a couple weeks (or so!).  I can't wait to hold him in my arms.
